How does direct die frame work for you, did you have any issues?
 
I tried ICEMAN Delid Die Frame on my 7920X and noticed half of my RAM wasn't being detected. I swapped the sticks around and discovered the RAM wasn't being detected in the slots closest to the CPU. I figured it might have been causes by poor mounting pressure, so I added a few layers of tape on top of the CPU substrate, and managed to get 6 of 8 sticks working after that. The only way to get all 8 sticks detected was to lower the RAM frequency to 2133MHZ, so I went back and installed the original motherboard ILM and reattached the original IHS to the CPU and after that all of my memory sticks got working again.
