I am going to reverse the fans to pull not push for dust reasons, but my main question is orientation of the hoses.  Someone told me that if I orientated it like this:

that I could get air into the system because the hoses are at the top.   Can someone confirm this for me?  I could likely turn them 90 degrees to prevent that if it was true.

Thank you!

If you set the to intake air then you'll need to have the Rear fan exhausting tof create positive pressure. The placement of the tubes doesn't really matter.

Mounting them with the hoses down is the best, and have the pump lower than the radiator.

AIO water coolers have air in the system by design to allow for expansion. You want the air trapped in the radiator away from the hose inlet and outlet

Hmm, I just discovered I can't flip them left or right because they are too wide and hit each other.   I can't easily turn them upside down because they but up against the back of the video cards.  I may be forced to keep them hose up.   The manual does not state any required rotation angle.   Are you sure that internally the bibs don't extend further down into the radiator itself?  It would be bad design to have this limitation and then not state it in the user manual.
