Just received a 980ti from b-stock, everything works great (huge upgrade from 670). However at fan speeds 55-70ish, there's a noticeable rattle-like sound. Not sure if maybe one of the fans bearings are shot, or if a fin is bent.
Is there anything that can be done about this? it's pretty distracting...

Would this be considered/worth it for an RMA? Is it a common issue with this cooler?

You could definitely rma it, or you could do like this guy and fix it yourself.
