I cannot figure out why the thing's clicking and it only happens on and off, not constantly - it sounds like the fan blades themselves are catching on something rather than the bearing having issues... anyway, is this valid grounds for an RMA? It's not an issue at all (temps are not affected) right now, and is just an audible annoyance. My only worry is that if the fan *is* catching on something, it may potentially snap a fin at some point and jam up the whole fan while in use, or worse, send the fin flying lord knows where in my case.

    Hello,

Yes this sounds like a valid reason to RMA your card. Please submit the request through your My Product page.

Okay, that's great news, thanks. Is there a way to find out what the collateral cost is for advanced RMA before initiating the process?

Collateral costs are generally the entire cost to replace .It covers them from fraud ,and if the card you send in is not RMA covered /other damage .

I understand why the collateral cost is there haha, I was just wondering if it was possible to find out how much it will cost, that's all.

A good start would be the full retail purchase price that is on your uploaded invoice.

For current products you can view the MSRP on the website for your region, if the product is not listed anymore you will need to call the support team IN YOUR REGION (for instance, US techs do not always have access to view EU values.)
