I first had the one card RMAed because of a ball bearing going back in Fan #2 never had a crashing issue never had anything wrong other then a metallic tick when the fan spun over 2400 rpm thanks to XOC I knew when it started. Well the card I got in return was the exact same model uninstalled the card and reinstalled the new one I got didn't have issues other then turning it on and blue screening in the morning because of a driver conflict on Window's side.
So I clean installed even went a step further when the error kept happening and reinstalled windows from a fresh download off the sight. Well the driver started to crash more so I thought it was a seating issue in the PCIe x16 slot so I re-seated it to find out the card wiggles a little bit up and down along the board not back and forth which I found out it is normal because of the different manufacturing specs on cards. Well I was gaming and the card artifact-ed and then blue screened out Restored to fresh install meaning no drivers just to make sure this Points to a bad card if I am correct? Just making sure while waiting for the RMA to ship me out another one. All Voltages, CPU, Motherboard, and hard drives pass all the tests because I did that first thing when driver issue started
