8800 Rewind reward

So i got lucky and won Rewind promotion. I was asked to send my 8800gtx to evga europe. I got ups pickup number and sent my card. I tracked the package and yesterday it was delivered to evga hq. But also rightaway there was information on my tracking number that my package was returned. I tried contacting support by email no answrer. Called ecga they couldnt answer my simple question if they sent my old card back or the new one. Is evga using sam3 tracking number when sending new cards ?

    Did you call and speak to a rep in the US or in EU? Contests are handled in a different way from RMA products, I would email supportEU@evga.com or call +49 (0) 8918-904911 to see if the agents can inquire with the RMA department directly. 

    Everything is security.
