My psu came with hdd cables but no sata cables for my ssd?

    No PSUs come with SATA cables, only power cables..SATA cables come included with the motherboard accessories or can be purchased at just about any place or store that sells PCs and/or parts.

    That drive is broken. You'll need to RMA exchange that with the manufacturer. 
     
    If there were accessories missing from your box, was the box sealed when you received it, or was this an open box item?

    My old psu has a cable that it fits it though

    The 15-pin SATA power connection is broken/missing on the SSD (connector on the left side of pic). You should not see the pins like that. Was this connected to your old PSU before? It looks like the SATA power connector on the SSD was pulled off.

    No it didn't break off. That's how it came when I bought it. My old psu even has a cable it can connect to. Here's a pic of the old cable.

    A 650 G2 should have came with three SATA power cables with three of those standard SATA power connectors on each cable like in your pic in Post #8, but maybe they're straight and not angled..If it did not, return it to where you bought it from..If you bought it from EVGA, they'll probably make it right with you and send you cables..Yes, the connector on that drive is broken.

    Yep yep..Careful when you connect the cable to it so you don't get it backwards and smoke it..The little "L" shaped angled part that drops down should go on the right, looking at your first pic in Post #1.
