If you are using the [H] build by Musky, just let'er roll as is. all necessary tweaks should be done unless you plan to OC it.
Still having issues with the "[H] build by Musky Build".
Wanted to install an older version of Ubuntu but had issues with 64 cores, for some reason the OS would only see 48.
Still not sure witch way I will go with the OS and the FAH Client Version.
I have no plans to OC any of the AMD Ubuntu Builds. Thanks Bill

What does the BIOS say as far as cores go? CPU count, because it looks to me like your missing a 16 core CPU somewhere.
The Bios shows 64 and Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Shows 64. But now I do not think I would have an issue.
Might even go with the Server Version of Ubuntu. Need some more time learning Unix or I should say Linux.
Just curious but did you set the fah settings to 64 in the fah config. (-smp 64) If the bios and OS are seeing 64 cores then the problem is most likley in the fah config. 
I never install the FAH Client to see, I had one CPU that caused me not to see all 64 cores, I remove the plastic cover of the CPU heat sink. I hope no one reads that I did this.

I've done a similar thing, adding a 2nd GPU managed to connect all the power and data cable no output and not recognised in windows/nvidia control panel - it took me a couple more drinks to figure it out - I had not pushed the card in to the board slot, it was just sitting on the card below - switched off went to bed woke up feeling a little under the weather lol It was not Scotch as I hate the taste, Port is my tipple of choice

Heh, there's actually a medical term for that problem. It's known as "Quad-socket-heatsink-blindness-syndrome". Known to afflict those that venture into the dark realm of building 4P systems. Don't ask me (either) how I know so much about this "syndrome"...

Updated my Front Fans(S) and dropped all 4 CPU's Temps to below 40c it also helps that I added a new Air Units as well. I ran out of 120 Fan Guards so I will have to order some.

Spot on, you can can a PCIE 6+2 to EPS if you only have the one, non of the bords need 3 unless you are running GPU's as well, and that just increases the watts per unit

Overall the usage under a full Fold is 690-710 Watts so have now a have a new heater for the winter.  Also my new Air Unit will heat my Attic so i may never have to use may Gas Furness Now my Electric Pannel is getting a little warm so I am keeping it open and even put a 200mm fan on it to cool it down.

You know.. thats actually a little scary. Maybe you should consider distributing your machines across several breakers or run a heavier amperage line to your room before you start a fire in your walls.

I am under a total of 200 AMPs (170) that that is the max I can use. Only the AC breaker is warm and I check all my plugs and they are not warm at all. I am seeing if i can install a new breaker box with 4 20 breakers in it. Now all my breakers for my plugs are 15 AMPs. I am spreading my load accross 8 breakers now so I should be ok.
