Just picked up a quad of these fans on ebay for like $10 each, be in next week.  About .9 amps each and 4-pin PWM so they should play nice with the typical PC fan header/hub power capabilities.  Not sure if I'm going to use them for case ventilation or push pull on a hybrid rad.  I guess people typically use these with a spacer because of the hub size.  Seems to be about 20-50% more powerful than a 3000rpm Noctua.

So I got these fans in, real clean and new looking.  Was able to change the pinouts on the server 4-pin fan connectors to match commercial fan pinouts and force them onto my case fan hub.  Works fine with the case fan control and PWM signal from my 3080 FTW3 Hybird......2000rpm at the 44% minimum fan speed of the OC bios....LOL, going to need to flash the non-OC bios for the 0% fan, which should run about 1000RPM with these fans. Run about 3400rpm at max case setting speed, so I think there's about a 5% voltage drop pulling about 3.5 amps.  Not as loud as I would have thought at 3400rpm and pretty reasonable at 2000rpm, they seem like very smooth high quality fans, as is their reputation.

Need to cut the connector bodies so they fit better and get them mounted on the hybrid rad in push pull, which is going to take making up some #6-32 x 1-5/8" screws (cut 2"), clocking my cpu AIO pump block so the hoses clear the fans (top hybrid rad mount, front cpu), and mounting the fan hub very close to the fans because their wires are short.  Overall it seems like it will work, but won't be able to do it until next week.
