Hi, I have been without video card for over a month as EVGA(EU) is unable to send a replacement card due to stock issue. RMA Received: Received On: 10/4/2022 I am very disappointed. EVGA could not find a solution to the problem in a month and a half. I also did not receive information about when I can expect the new card. Can anyone help here? Which authority should I contact? Thanks in advance!

It has been exactly 2 months since EVGA (EU) received my card in the RMA process. Since then, they can't tell me when I will get another card. I didn't even get an approximate date. It's all a joke... :(

Not a joke, it is reality. Once EVGA quit GPU business, it is (was) just a matter of time when they will run out of spare parts. My personal opinion could be wrong, but most probably not.

Here lies the problem with buying limited run boutique models like the K|ngp|n cards. Being a specialty item and in short supply from the inception it will naturally be more difficult to obtain a replacement if it fails. That’s not to say waiting 2 months is acceptable because it’s absolutely not. I would start asking about them possibly sending a replacement of maybe an FTW3 3090 and see if they can either work out a partial refund or some other amicable solution. 2 months wait is an inexcusable timeframe to wait for a replacement.

Unfortunately, I did not get such an opportunity, even though I wrote to support several times to find a solution to the problem.

Are you still without a video card at this time?
