Hey why not use the fans to their full potential and keep everything nice and cool !
Again I use a VR headset and earbuds for gaming, so it isolates all the ambient noise - I don't hear them when gaming.
Now if I did not use earbuds that would be another story.
This 3090 FTW3 Ultra still rocking along nicely without a hitch < fingers still crossed>.

You must have caught some of the scalpers snoozing.
It was an odd experience. I saw the Add To Cart button on the website but every time I clicked it I got an error. So I tried it on my phone app and it added right to the cart. Then I tried to check out and it errored out on the app. I went back to the desktop and was able to check out. I was skeptical that it was actually going to go through but I got charged, and now I have a tracking number with a Friday delivery. I am still kind of in shock! Once it is in my hand I will cancel my queue spot.

So got my 3090 in my hands yesterday Screw up with UPS meant they took all weekend to get it to me despite the extra $ spent for shipping. Can't blame EVGA, is not their fault. anyway.. installed in my P500A Looks pretty nice.. Once I got the latest X1 installed I was able to match up the LEDs

I could have gotten the zotec 3090 last night but the ftw3 card is where it’s at plus zotec could be crap for all I know. But I know at the same price $1800 I’d much rather buy the evga who I know has good customer service and the ftw3 card is probably a lot better boost clocks. It was so tempting though but I’m so close to that notification.

I used to have AMD Red Devils and Nitro's. They are good cards. The drivers are where the issues are. Now that being said, both companies usually have growing pains at launch, though Nvidia is usually sticker to fix and more frequently update their drivers. A 6900xt red devil would probably be in par, but we'll see after the reviews. If you haven't bought a FTW3 before the reviews come out, you'll likely have your answer if and it's a big if, there is stock available.

I would worry less about the ordinal position and more about the time/date stamp...the spreadsheet is a subset of the total number of registrants and folks are adding themselves (or erroneous data) all the time. What is your date/time stamp? That will be a better predictor, IMHO. Best of luck! P.S. AMD may not be the answer. enewt
Any relief we thought the NVIDIA demand would receive from the AMD gpu launch looks to be speculative at best. Apparently ASI, one of the biggest distributors in North America, has very little inventory to distribute to its retail customers (if this spreadsheet is to be believed).
Hunker down folks, the 30 series shortage is going to continue for a bit yet.

Happy is subjective, with AMD finally catching up (comparatively speaking), personally, I think a lot of it comes down to who has stock. I prefer EVGA and NVIDIA, but I am also borrowing one of the 1080 TIs out of my wife's rig, which was running SLI. So I can only do that for so long before she gets annoyed with a lower FPS, lol.

I’m XxA1xX number 399 in line I just purchased my ftw3 3090 and I used your code to get me some faster shipping and discount so 15:13 pst is done number 399 has left the building  and even a week before my estimated date so all the better my poor xc black ultra 2080 will be passed down to a friend who is using a 1070 I’m sure he will be happy to. Will post up pics if and when I get it I’m really hoping for the black lips version but a magic marker will do in a pinch.

Please don't do that. I am unsure of all things Discover Card, but does PayPal work with Discover Card? Could you move money from DC into PayPal and then pay that way?
