The “my notifies” has me at 9/24/2020 11:49:07 PM. Doesn’t show place in line. Do I have to be in the excel for that?

Yup. The excel spreadsheet is unofficial and serves as an indication only of where you stand in the queue relative to everyone else who adds their details to the spreadsheet, and also shows how far in the queue EVGA has reached with sending out emails to purchase.
I've added you to the spreadsheet. Current position: 140
EVGA has reached #85 on that list so far, which is notifications made 09/24/2020 11:15:04 AM.
Guesstimate for you is early next week, if they keep sending the emails out at the current rate.. maybe sooner if they ramp up production.
Don't forget to use an associate code when purchasing to get 5% off your card.

I thought there was meant to be more today and continued ramped up production, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
 
Average about 15 places a day, so that would put the list to around #115 by the end of Friday. I'm at #117 (sign up time 09/24/2020 4:33pm) ..lol.
 
I am hoping we'll have a couple of bigger days Thursday and Friday though, if the ramping up actually happens.

Well that sucks. Yesterday we were told there was more coming at the end of the day ..there were just 3 on the spreadsheet. Late last week we were told production was ramping up for this week, now it's 'limited quantity' for the rest of this week ...I thought what we have been seeing already was extremely limited quantity, lol. Damn this is frustrating. Nothing out so far today that I've seen. All on NVidia, not EVGA's fault.

I received my EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra yesterday. I successfully installed it into my system this morning. I used the normal bios.
I uninstalled my old Precision X1 completely and installed the latest version. Precision X1 updated my bios, everything went fine.
The quality and build of the card looks and feels outstanding, it's a sight to behold. The sticky plastic was a little tricky to totally remove but I took my time with it.
I am actually very humbled that I was able to receive such an in-demand GPU when so many also desire it.
I do feel compassion for my fellow enthusiast/eVGA fans that are still waiting for their turn.
     - I am a dedicated PC gamer, eVGA fan (My eVGA product history goes back to Feb 2007), and not a bot using scalper so I hope that at least helps you feel better.
The new 3090 is appx the same size and weight as my eVGA 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra I am replacing.
I did not install the retention bracket that comes with the card because my case doesn't have support for it.
This time I decided to try a sag brace so I used this upHere GPU brace:

     - However, I didn't use one with my 2080 Ti and as I mentioned, they are similar in size/weight.
     - The brace install was actually the most time-consuming because I never used one before but next time it will be much faster.
           - I'm not sure it even helps but it was relatively inexpensive.
The Video Card fits just fine in my Corsair C70 Vengeance Mid-Tower Case and clears the two fans I have in the side panel.
I hooked up 3 separate PCI-E 8-pin cables from my eVGA 1600 T2 PSU to the Video Card.
My son now gets my 2080Ti, my oldest daughter my 1080Ti & my youngest daughter my Titan Black so they are all happy and I don't feel so bad about upgrading my GPU every two years.
 
A big thanks to EVGA Corp & EVGA_Jacob for the notify reservation system. I am now an even more loyal EVGA fan than ever.
