This has been asked & answered, a few times - Yes, they do plan on selling the HydroCopper blocks separately for at least the 3080 & 3090 models (as well as the Kingpin), in addition to selling the cards with them preinstalled.  No, we do not have a specific time-frame on when they will be released, they were delayed repeatedly because of fitment/quality issues I believe.  Last I heard, the earliest we might see them is the end of this month.

As of last week Jacob said they still don't know if they'll be selling the HydroCopper blocks separately for the 3080/3090 cards. He said that they may not be available separately due to "technical reasons". The only block that EVGA has said will likely be purchased separately is the Kingpin block.

Just got the EK block for the 3090 ... works great with idle temps in low 20s and load in high 40s low 50s.

O_o so like a Hybrid card (but I assume the block has better VRAM & VRM temps) then, that's disappointing.
