3080ti hydrocopper (light issue)

my hydrocopper's LED lighting recently stopped working, also there is a red light on next to the power cables.

    One red LED is on, or all are on?
    Does the card still provide a display to your screen and otherwise work fine?
    If the card is still providing a display to your screen and otherwise working fine, it indicates a microcontroller firmware problem. Perhaps EVGA can provide you a solution which won't require replacing the video card.

    Are you using any type of vertical mount for the GPU and any custom sleeved cables / extensions?

    so none of the LED lights are on at the power cables that would come on if you were missing a power cable.    If just to the left of those.    Video displays fine and occurs when normal and OC are selected.    This seems to correspond however to when the boards onboard RGB LEDs stopped work but the rest of the card seems fine.

    If the card is not functioning, the red LED indicates a power problem which is hopefully just a dodgy riser cable or connection at the card or PSU end. Otherwise, she's dead.
    But, because the OP only said that the lighting isn't working, I assumed that the card is otherwise functioning fine and they just have a microcontroller problem/ firmware corruption.

    Somehow I missed your response and replied to Daniel at the same time you replied and clarified.
    That indicates an iCX MCU firmware problem. Hopefully EVGA has a firmware reflash solution available which won't require an RMA. Contact EVGA tech support.
