3080ti ftw3 ultra issues??

Hey there i have a 3080ti ftw3 ultra hydro, and have been having pc shutdowns. I have done cpu tests all with no problem, but soon as i run heaven or occt gpu or power tests, or games like star citizen,  it restarts at varying time frames. Have a dual loop water cooling and have seen my power meter hit 972w while trying to test gpu and cpu both thru occt.

     Not sure what it is at this point, not the ram as i have tested it not the cpu have tested it, and i have underclocked the gpu testing it seprate from cpu, hits around 600w and still does it. The psu is a evga platinum 1600 p2.

    Sounds like a psu issue to me.
