I preordered an xc3 black from caseking from 17/9. No info since then. I live in EU unfortunately, so no card for me until 2021. Thinking of cancelling and go for another brand or navi.

My earliest point in line is for an XC3 Gaming. (xx83)
 
I understand that there are profit and logistics considerations (and rightly so), but I hope they at least make some effort to consider the *time* people got in line across the entire product stack. Someone who hit the notify me button on 10/20/21 for a a FTW Ultra shouldn't get their product before someone who signed up on launch day for a XC3 Black. -Unless of course a single production run of FTW Ultras covers the queue for that SKU all the way out to 10/20/21.
 
 

In EU you probably won't get one before 2021 indeed regarding how few and how spaced they are shipping.
In US idk but probably around AMD cards release or a bit after, to try to " fight " AMD prices with having lower priced cards, since EVGA isn't an AMD partner (meaning any AMD card is an Nvidia card that isn't bought, regardless of which brand the Nvidia card would have been bought). 

Seriously, I would have signed up for other cards had I known that the XC black was getting shafted. Not thrilled seeing people with 10/24 sign-ups on the FTW getting cards already when I signed up a week before them.

In the same boat. This is exceptionally disappointing. XC3 people should be at least given the option to buy FTW cards if they signed up first. It is so disheartening to see people who signed up way after I did getting cards before me just because I only signed up for XC3 notifications. The system should have been global instead of card specific and each person should only get to buy 1 card regardless of how many notifications they signed up for. Once they buy a card they could get back in the queue for another when they become more widely available. The EVGA system is at least better than most, but still seems inherently unfair. I will at least give them credit for trying to default the bots where others have not even bothered.

The other thing I would like to add is that last month there was still a $30 instant discount for the 3080 xc black, making it at 699 and this is main reason why I went for that because I wanted a card at MSRP since the founders are all sold out.  Right now I'm looking at the website and that $30 is gone.  My question is will I still be able to receive the $30 instant discount since I was auto notified on 9/16/20 around 7PM PST?  If not, then would it be possible for me to swap my queue to a different model such as the XC gaming or XC Ultra?
