3080 or 3090 step up queue length?

Can anyone definitively tell me which one is going to have the shortest step up queue - as in which will have cards available sooner? I just submitted for a 3080 FTW ultra, but I honestly wouldn't mind a 3090 FTW ultra if that means I get it a month earlier than the 3080

    I don't think there is much information about the step up other than it's here. I don't know what's going on with it.

    I don't think card selection made a difference at all in the past with step up.  When I did a step up previously they processed a limited number of step up cards per day.
