I recently upgraded to a 10G 3080 ftw3 and none of the fans spin even at high temps. I’ve tried everything I can think of, I used DDU to clean the drivers, I updated the BIOS of my motherboard and the graphics card, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Precision X1, checked the fan pins and made sure the card was properly installed but all 3 fans just won’t spin. In Precision X1 it says they’re receiving power but they all read 0 rpm. Is it possible that all 3 fans are dead or am I missing something?

Make sure all 3 fan cables that plug into the pcb of the card are fully seated.

Did you download the "standalone version" of X1?

In X1, did you try applying a manual speed to your fans of 100%?

    Or a custom fan curve?

    Have you used X1 before?

In picture below all 3 fans are locked together & @ 45% ...

slide your fan the bars to the right to 100% -- Select a profile 0-9 -- then click Apply button & then the save button

Do the fans respond after the change, apply & save?

Ya I tried manually setting fan speeds as well as creating a custom fan curve and upon apply/save the fans did not respond

Sounds like the card will need to be rma'd. Another option would be to strap some fans to the cooler using zipties, and controlling those fans via the motherboard, or via a fan controller.

I'll try RMA but I might just end up doing the second option haha
