3080 XC3 Ultra - Red Light

Just got this 3080. I plugged it into my RM750i power supply. Separate cables.
 
My computer runs. All my apps say that I'm using a 3080, but it's just stuck on this red light and not lighting up the EVGA part. I can't find any manual online for what the **** this red light means. Any help?
 
 
 I'm getting good performance in game, but it still just sits on the red light.
