The highest score I've managed to get in time spy is 14862 graphics score (linked below). I have turned off g-sync and am running at +800mem clock and +125 GPU clock. Rebar is enabled, however these scores have persisted since December. Scores are virtually unchanged whether the power target is at 100 or 115+% in EVGA Precision X1. Any thoughts on what would be knocking my score down so low? I have 3 monitors but the scores are consistent whether I'm using just one or all three. Did you try running without memory OC?

Try lowering your OC. Too much can lower scores. My sweet spot is 105/500. Plus check your fans speeds. Get aggressive with them.

This is the overclock that has managed to get my score this high. At bone stock my score is under 14000.

It doesn’t factor in the cpu, but a faster cpu does help on it.

It doesn’t factor in the cpu, but a faster cpu does help on it.
The CPU isn't a slouch. It's a 3900x with a 4.25Ghz all core OC. As for the Port Royal bench, I am getting scores ranging from 11800-11900 which is in line with expectations. Time Spy just seems to be struggling relatively speaking.

With my XC3 3080 Ultra and 5900x I was in the ~12500 range. After converting the XC3 to a hybrid my scores went up by ~3500 points instantly. You might be hitting thermal throttling.

Maybe, but I doubt that. I'm capping at 66C on the GPU during the bench and about 65C on the CPU.
