Hello everyone, 
 
I recently installed a new psu, I am using the evga 1000w GQ gold rated power supply. something I noticed after using the new psu is that my 3080 led flashes once on start up. The system posts and the 3080 functions normally, nothing is the issue but I am curious if this is cause for concern. When I click the power button on the pc, the 3080 led flashes once very quick before it has its soft rbg light comes on, system boots as normal.
 
Also when shutting off the pc, the pc performs a single click sound. Research online points that its simply the evga 1000w GQ switch, and its normal when powering off.
 
I have a video to show what happens but I cannot post it, best I can do is show pictures

    Not sure, but my 3080 XC3 Ultra lights blink very quickly after I press the power button to bootup. I have yet to experience any hardware issues with my card to date. I assume this is normal behavior...thinking that once the initial power is sent via the PCIE cables at bootup the LED's lighting up is more or less a system check. Now if any of the lights remained lit after booting up I would think there's a hardware fault with the cable slot that has a red light emitting.

    thats normal operations, because i get the same thing on my 2080 SUPER FTW3, push power button every light in the system starts up. While the GPU connector leds blink then shut off...

    Thats a relief, just checking if this is the case for others as well. With all things consider it doesn't have any issue. Thanks for the confirmations!
