There may not be enough users here in the European queue for a 3070, but I thought it might be useful to gather a list of notification times so we can keep track of any progress that might happen, or perhaps highlight how far behind the US queue this gets.
 
I'm happy to collate this if people post comments with their times. To keep it consistent, please post the time from the body of your notification email, found near the end just above your shipping address. For some reason this seems to be in CEST, but I assume it means at least we'll all be posting times in the same time zone. For example, in my email that reads "29/10/2020 5:43:19 PM Step-Up ID: XXXXXXX" (the email was received at 1543 GMT).
 
Note: It's messy to compare times directly to the US queue because of time zones and the complication of daylight saving time. As far as I can tell, the 3070 launched at 0600 PDT, 0900 EDT, 1300 GMT and 1400 CET. However while I think it was available for Step Up almost immediately on the US site, as far as I know it wasn't in Europe until around 1542 GMT / 1642 CET. Times below are in CEST (ie CET+1).

I think you should have got a Step 1 of 4 email when you signed up, those are the ones I'm tracking for now - I think it'll be a while before any of us get to step 2. If you don't have it but know the approximate time (and country) you signed up I'll add you as an approximate time. Thanks!

I started my step-up at 3.40pm uk time on the 29th. Will confirm time from email once I get it through. I'm nervous 😓

Would be nice to get a little status update from EVGA somewhere. It’s been almost 2 weeks and not even a rough eta or something. Is it just me who’s missing this?

I'm afraid it will be at least a month before things will start moving. I don't think EVGA will promise anything at this point, because the demand is so high, yet supply is still slow. 
 
It is beyond me though how Nvidia screwed up this launch so bad. It's by far their best range of cards ever (price/quality), it's strange that they didn't prepare sufficiently. Another win for AMD perhaps?

Those of us who've been waiting in the 3080 step-up queue only started seeing movement after 2 months, without any updates from EVGA. I wouldn't hold my breath in the 3070 queue either.

I'm pretty sure you mean 2 weeks.  3080 hasn't even been out 2 months yet. But yeah, my Step 2 came about 3 weeks after launch and I was within the first 30 minutes on launch day (still haven't installed it as I am missing 1 component for my build).  It's gonna take a while to see any movement and even longer for bigger movement.
