OrangenschorleWhat will happen if Nvidia discontinues the 3070 and releases the 3070 Super? Will we be able to step-up to those?
EVGATech_ChristianJIf somehow the item is discontinued, we would look at what options are available at the time. However, this is highly unlikely to happen and would not be something I would worry about.
jettstilesIt's really a shame tbh - up until now I was a strong EVGA fan. In the past the StepUp worked flawlessly and only took a reasonable amount of time. Sure, the products were usually a bit more costly than the ASUS or <insert other brandname here>-pendants but they well made up for the high price with their quality and customer support. But as Archodas said: If you live in Europe then you currently are a second-rate customer - the support here is basically nonexistent (or only gives you standard answers if any), the forums are abandoned and the updates on the websites are a joke. Sorry EVGA...but your premium pricing won't work if you only supply your customers overseas with ****ty support.
ArchodasYou are in for a long ride brother!
Phillynott7Anyone else get this? "This email is to notify you that there has been a change to your Step-Up status. You previously submitted a Step-Up request for 08G-P5-3767-KR, but due to ongoing product availability and in accordance with the EVGA Step-Up Terms & Conditions, your Step-Up product has been changed to 08G-P5-3767-KL, which features NVIDIA LHR.These cards offer the same gaming performance, but with reduced cryptomining performance (Ethereum). The products are identical in every other way. "
EnkooHmm a week is over and the evga support still can't help me with my problem...Orangenschorle did you checkout by going to your products and then clicking submit payment? I get redirected to a page where my shipping address is already filled out and the only thing I can do, is clicking on the PayPal checkout button. Was it the same for you?
