I just noticed mine now says 
 
'Step-Up Queue: In Queue'

Same here, the EU site now says "In Queue" for me. I hope this is a sign of imminent progress.

Mine also still says pending. Oh well, I do hope that's some sign of progress though for sure. Kinda tempted to change mine to 3060ti though, if they're even available for step up?

Seems general availability is a lot better for those...

I didn't post an update but mine changed back to Pending. 
At this point I think any movement in the queue for me would be a bad thing because of Brexit tbh though.

I have now received a step-up ID and an email that says steps 1-4. But which place in the queue I don't know, can you see that somewhere? Can I actually use the graphics card or do I have to wait until I can replace it?

No, unfortunately you can't see your place in the queue or how many people are ahead of you. That's the main reason for this list, it doesn't help with numbers but will help to keep track EVGA's progress based on sign-up date.
 
You can use your card now, until EVGA have your new card ready when you'll need to send your current one back to them.

I have to say, I was already quite pessimistic about 3070 availability, but I have been in the queue since launch and I'm still wating. Really bummed about this.

I'm off the list, changed to a 3060ti which I'm hoping will take a while to fulfil while the fallout from Brexit is resolved. 

I’m off the list, managed to order a 3070 FE on Friday so have cancelled my step up request.

I am also still in queue, date 29/10 6:19:44 pm.
Lets hope Evga will decide to allocate some stock

Happy New Year to you all. Hoping that 2021 will start off on a good note with a stage 2 email for Orangenschorle soon, though it's hard to be too optimistic!

I asked JacobF if there was any news. Looks like we need to stay patient.

Looks like still no movement, two and a half months after launch. The 3080 progress was initially awful, but this has been much worse! I can't help wondering if this queue has been overlooked somehow.

I’m out, sold my PC yesterday 😂. It was too tempting with the mad prices now couldn’t resist.

At this point i dont believe we might get any cards in the stepup queue before April’s price increase.
This is sad, i am a first time customer for EVGA - after reading the best comments about their service and about the StepUp program. But now i came to realize that EVGA should be avoided for every product in EU as they dont respect the same way they do their US customers. Apparently EU money is tasteless for EVGA...

It's really a shame tbh - up until now I was a strong EVGA fan. In the past the StepUp worked flawlessly and only took a reasonable amount of time. Sure, the products were usually a bit more costly than the ASUS or <insert other brandname here>-pendants but they well made up for the high price with their quality and customer support.
 
But as Archodas said: If you live in Europe then you currently are a second-rate customer - the support here is basically nonexistent (or only gives you standard answers if any), the forums are abandoned and the updates on the websites are a joke. Sorry EVGA...but your premium pricing won't work if you only supply your customers overseas with ****ty support.
