3060 Undervolting

My laptop is overheating while playing Warzone. it has a RTX 3060. Does it help to undervolt it and if it does can anyone help me the the process.
I tried downloading Throttlestop but it gives an error that CPU is not supported

    Throttlestop is for CPU undervolting, and not all CPU supports it. I know Intel 11th gen does not.
    To undervolt GPU, you need MSI afterburner.

    I have a AMD 5800 Processor and its not supporting it!
