I waited for the reviews but told my nephew about the card and hopefully he gets one. The 2080 Super performance for that price is a great deal and it's nice to see more of the budget cards now having ray tracing and not just a yeah it has it so you can play at the lowest quality ray tracing but really good ray tracing.
 
Also it's good to keep the associate program in mind with these cards. 5% off on a $400+ card is going to save you $20 instantly at checkout. A lot of members on the forums have a forum signature with a code on it you can use.

Agreed.  If folks take nothing out of these threads other than to use an Associate’s Code...that will at least save them the 5%.  Not a lot of reward given the inconvenience of having to wait through the queues, but at least it will offset some of the taxes or pay for faster UPS trucks.  
 
And one last plea for the day: when you get good news in the form of an "invite to purchase" email, please report your original sign-up timestamp back to the threads (either this one or the aggregated thread).  Please include for which 3060 your time stamp is associated...something along the lines of:
 
     "3667  06:48:15 AM"

Yes, it is hard to wait. There is no way to tell, really as there is no official list for the queue.  We don't know how many each retailer and etailer got, etc. etc.  As somebody who has been waiting since 9/17 and watching the queues since 10/5 when they were announced,  I recommend focusing on how many minutes or hours the queues you care about move when drops to those queues occur.  That will be the best indicator of where the head of the queue is relative to your own time stamp and approximately how fast it is moving each drop.  The other thread has a nightly summary table each weeknight reporting where the heads of each queue stands.  Here is tonight's summary:
