I feel dumb that I ordered the 3663 version of the 3060 ti, as the queue hasn't really moved, but the 3665 is more farther ahead.

I hope the 2023 date for my card is a joke no one in there right mind will buy a 3060 TI from 2 years from now

Why not, people still buy 1050ti cards or older. It will probably be a much better deal and easier to get in 2023.

It depends what you want, if you game on 1080p or 1440p it should be more than decent until at least 2026, if not then you are right. But if you want high end right now then you need a 3080 not a 3060ti.

 
In regards to people still buying 1050ti cards now, yes, for many people that is still a good choice for them, but I don't think anyone queuing for a 3060ti would even consider getting a 1050ti now, and very few people currently queuing for a 3060ti would have been in the demographic  for a 1050ti when it was a new card.  If you know you want a card that performs well in certain games, and you know those games are not demanding by today's standards, then for that audience, a 1050ti might still be a good choice. 
 
The 3060ti probably has a slightly different role/use-case for each of us queuing for it, but at a bare minimum I think most/all of us expect high-end 1080p gaming from it (1080p ultra/high @60+ fps with at least some ray-tracing features enabled in the most demanding current games available). Some will have higher expectations of it than that (1440 @60fps), and how important ray tracing is to you, will probably influence your expectations of it. 
 
What none of us can truly know is how well it will age in regard to both of those potential roles, but my personal expectation is that it will still be a good or very good 1080p card in 2023.  I'm far less confident that it will be a good 1440p card by then (decent with compromises, but probably not a card someone will consider buying new in 2-3 years if that is their target).   As for 2026, I think it will be in a similar spot that the venerable 1070 is now - still very good at some things, but really showing its age by then.

If I look at the estimate dates for my relative position in the list, I'm looking at December of this year for both the 3667 and 3665 (didn't signup for the 3663, and would be too late to be a viable option).  Not a pleasant feeling, but its worth considering that were just getting past the Lunar New Year that causes a significant reduction in production capacity (many chip makers shut down for an entire week for it), so things might start improving soon (but with my luck, not by 16 Apr).
 
Another consideration is that some of the people wanting 3060ti cards _might_ be satisfied by a 3060 non-ti instead which would potentially shrink the queue (maybe wishful thinking)?
 
I'm kinda in that boat right now, and at least partly putting my ideas into writing to think about it a bit more before the vanilla 3060 launches in a few days - my plan is to try to get onto the list for it as early as possible, and hope there are some solid reviews of it before I commit to it or decide to wait it out for a 3060ti.
 
I'm a strategy and RPG gamer, and I'd say 90% of my gaming could be satisfied by the vanilla version (Total War: Warhammer (more of a CPU hog than GPU, but ultra is still demanding for a strategy game),  Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (several years old, but still quite demanding on ultra) and Baldur's Gate 3 (not well optimized since its still in early access - the final version might run well on mid range cards) are examples of the more demanding side of my usual preferences), but I grew up playing Cyberpunk Tabletop, so the chance to play it in its full glory (ultra with ray-tracing) is worth spending a bit more to me which is why I tried to get a 3070FE at launch and queued for the 3060ti after seeing it bench marked vs the 3070.
 
My gut feeling for the vanilla 3060 is that it will be a fair bit slower than the 3060ti (more of a gap between it and the 3060ti than between a 3060ti and a 3070 or the 3070/3080 performance gap), but still probably "good enough" for 1080p at high (not ultra, and no ray-tracing), and the 12GB VRAM is good insurance for texture quality settings.  If availability were not an option, then it would be an easy decision to go with the 3060ti as the better overall value for performance (even though it costs a bit more and has less VRAM), but with the uncertainty of the wait time to actually get a 3060ti, I may be one of those persons that chooses to settle for the lesser option, and just upgrades in 1-3 years (I usually try to get 5+ years out of a GPU unless a must have game motivates me to make an early upgrade)

Just received email to buy! 08G-P5-3665-KR (3060 ti FTW3 Gaming). Got in queue 12/8 at 15:27. Wait is over :) Hopefully it will be soon for the rest of you soon.

So, 1-2 minute movement per week it is ? :( Is there a glimpse of hope on horizon ? Fist day signup and still mooooonths away from the notification E-Mail.... This is sad....

Until it gets out of the launch window registration congestion, this is likely to be the cadence.

I mean the 3060ti isn’t high end. So anyone buying one of those doesn’t want high end either. It’s a perfect 1080 card and a very low entry level 1440p when you put it against the rest of the 30 specs.
