I know we are having alot of problems with the 3 Red LED lights on the 2080ti FTW3 cards and the fan issues, but i have noticed that no where do we even see what the red LED lights mean, i could be wrong but it seemed to me that on the 1080ti cards there was also 3 led lights at the power connections but they would come on when you were using the OC bios and if you switched back to the standard bios the led lights would go off, but then they were also white lights and not red, so i would think that if there is different color codes for the led lights above the power connectors whether they be white or red should be some kind of an indication where the issue should be, is there different colors the led lights will turn on these 2080ti ftw3 cards, evga tech support should have some kind of knowledge since they are the ones programming the pcb for the lights.

i think the 3 led and the one middle fan spin at 100% is the "waiting for new firmware" mode. Because shortly before the update poped up it went in this "mode". And since the updated failed it never went back to normal mode.

Ok guys what i found is at first i used one psu cable with two 6+2 connectors going to the gpu no problems. My friend said no i should be running two cables so i did. On power up i got 3 red light fans on high rpm. Switched it back everything is running normal. I dont know if it helps but its working .

Did you remember to plug the other end into the Power Supply?
Maybe your Power Supply has some issues?
I run ALL my cards with two separate PCIe Power Cables.

sounds like you have a bad PCIe power cable - one of the ends has a wire not making correct contact - maybe pushed up into the plastic & not making contact with the pins

Ok guys we have an answer for the issue . The way the corsair deliverys the power isnt enough to supply enough power to awake from sleep mode. Not even a corsair 1000w. After going though pretty much everything as far a bios and drivers go, cables and power supplies. Evga power supply worked. It was able to provide enough juice to wake the card . So i would recomend 1000w evga or another power supply that can deliver the same performance. I am using an 850w evga and it works just fine but would still recomend 1000w even though that is far more then recomended. I will contact corair about my rm850x but im sure the psu is fine according to there specifications. Hopefully this will help other then have this issue .
