2080ti water block warranty question

I have a 2080 ti with a water block from EKWB and I do not have the original fans for the 2080Ti . Is it covered under warranty or can I still get it fixed. because graphic cards are hard to come by now and I really don't want to spend $1,500 on a new graphics card that's only worth $800

    you need to send it back in original condition (with the original cooler that it came with).
     
    your best bet will be to try to find a cooler that matches the one that came with your GPU (FTW3, XC (2-slot), XC Ultra (3-slot), etc) on the used market, like eBay or reddit.

    Unfortunately, to RMA the card it will have to be returned to EVGA in the same configuration as EVGA sent it to you.  However, you can contact EVGA to see if they would repair it on your dime.  They may or may not be able to do this and it doesn't hurt to ask.

    As others have mentioned - the card needs to be returned to us in factory condition. If you are the original owner you have the option to Cross Ship and swap the PCBs on the block if the same model is available to be sent to you.
