Question for the tech-minded our there: I currently have an issue wtith my 2080ti FTW3 where it is still stuck in Flash mode (3 red LED's and middle fan spinning at full rpm.) As a workaround, Ive disconnected the middle fan and the temps for now are a bit higher, but stable. The card overclocks well. Getting 2145 Stable. My question is this. If I install the hybrid kit for the 2080ti ftw3, would the MCU issue still exist even though Ive pretty much changed the cooler/heatsink?

Did you try switching the bios?
I'd talk to EVGA tech support about it as this is not normal and it might harm your card.

Have you tried this to see if it helps make the red lights go away?

Are you using an Asus board by chance?
