I didn't get a shipping email but I did call in, they said mine would either be on the last truck out tonight or first one tomorrow, looks like it's tomorrow for me but it's much better than when I spoke with the rep Monday and they said early next week at best

We are very fortunate that EVGA actually honors their factory warranty for their products! So many horror stories from all of the other graphics card companies. In fact, EVGA is the ONLY company I know of that honors the factory warranty for successive owners of a product. These are the main reasons why I prefer to buy EVGA, even if I have to wait a bit longer for their stock to replenish.

Well it appears Evga got a shipment in of new 2080ti FTW3 Ultra's and sold them on their website at full retail before fufilling any RMAs.
So either EVGA is the devil, or our RMAs won't be NIB.
Either way, I think I am done with EVGA.

I called Customer Service, and they did receive a new shipment and have allotted most if not everyone awaiting an RMA with a new card.
They should ship out today or tomorrow, most likely today.
You may want to call to make sure your RMA is on their 'list'

Yea, I spoke with them the moment they went in stock and was told mine was coming from that stock. They went live at like 5pm, and it's only noon here in CA. I wouldn't worry too much, they'll ship either today or tomorrow. Knowing evga likely today.

Update: it hasn't yet shipped, spoke with customer service again. They do have a serial number assigned but cannot say when it will ship. They "don't know why" I was given a shipping date yesterday
I'll be calling back, likely much angrier if it hasn't shipped by this time tomorrow.
For $1500 this is getting ridiculous. It was ridiculous in the first place to find out they didn't have stock set aside for these cases, but I'm not going to be happy if I find out them dragging their feet is costing me another 3 days of having my PC down.

Hey guys when you say RMA who are you actually contacting for a replacement?
I bought my Evga rtx 2080 ti from Ebay brand new in November last year and I recently started experiencing the 'artefacts', freezes, and finally it won't even boot to windows anymore. I have no idea what the warranty situation is on this stuff so I have contacted the Ebay seller (even though I am apparently 'out of the return time window') to see if they can sort out a replacement if I send the card back to them. Have I done the right thing?

Mine is working beautifully. It doesnt overclock as well as my last one, but the MCU is working well and all fans/leds are perfect. Guess it wasnt a problem with the ASUS boards after all.

So far mine is working, but I can only get 1890 MHz without hitting the power limit. This is with power limit, temp limit, and voltage limit all the way up. Normal bios. At windows idle it uses 65w which seems much higher than my first card.
