Okay, please keep me updated. Maybe I shouldn't put my replacement card in when. It arrives.

Yeah it looks like one of mine is defective as well, when running benchmarks pxi and gpuz both show the one card is stuck at 300mhz
I saved the oc bios to file from the good card and then did a reflash to the defective card and it didn't change anything.

I called technical support. They got told me it seemed like a hardware issue. It looks like they are having issues with sli. I have no confirmation of that and 2 does not make a pattern. Guess we'll have to see as more people start recieving their cards.

So what motherboard are you using and what nvlink brand? Also i was able to use each card individually and they work fine, but when reversing them the same problem occurs, its always the card in the bottom slot. I guess make sure your cards are fine as individuals before thinking one is bad and then reverse them to see if its the same problem, always in the bottom slot where the card is not right. If it acts the same way on yours its either a kingpin in sli configuration issue or a different hardware issue.

I'm using an evga sli nvlink bridge and an evga motherboard. The bottom card is the one that messed up, but after removing them from SLI the bottom one is stuck at the 300mhz and 800+ power draw.

Did you just remove them from SLI by taking off the nvlink bridge but leave them both installed? Or did you remove them  both completely and try them individually and still determine the one is stuck? I am using the Asus Nvlink and Asus board.

OK, your issue is different then mine then it seems because each of mine individually work fine, but in SLI which ever is in the bottom slot is where the stuck at 300mhz occurs.

Are you sure it swapped? I know it can be a pain to change bios. Sometimes you need to totally kill power to the card.. pull the psu plug from the back of the case and hold the power button in for 15 secs to full drain the caps on the motherboard to fully drain the power.

Then flip the bios switch and power up.
