I'm not sure where to go with this, but my gaming issues are becoming more consistent, I keep getting D3D, buffer, and nvlddmkm errors with different games, the errors tend to be different depending on the game / engine. I can go 4+ hours without errors or I can get a cluster of them within in an hour period.
The Unity games tend to lock up but I can still hear audio, Unreal games just freeze with no audio, games using other engines tend to lock the whole system.
When the whole PC locks the windows event log show it occurs right after the error...
The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

I have used DDU with different driver versions, voltages and temps always seem to be fine right before a crash, nVidia control panel is set to use debug mode. On rare occasions the system will not even turn back on for a few minutes after a complete lock, usually within 5-10 minutes of a hard shut down the PC automatically powers back up.
I have disabled CPU / turbo OC, the on board video is disabled, and I have tried using the other PCI slot, but not of it seems to make a difference.
I have run through a few bench tests and the system always seems to be stable, GPU temps yet to exceed 67C on stress test, although on am using the Hybrid cooler. I use the desktop 3D modeling / texturing as well as for work, besides gaming I don't experience any instability, it only seems to happen with the card is pushed outside of idle while gaming.
The one big thing that keeps throwing me for a loop is when the whole machine just won't power back on immediately, seems like a power or heat issue somewhere, part of me wants an RMA, but then there is the whole bit of swapping out the Hybrid cooler and I don't even know what constitutes being eligible for an RMA.
Ignore build in sig btw, I need to update that.
