I think it was because i have opened: GPUZ,EPIC STORE ( with graphic on ) platform, steam and SHADOWPLAY on. And i think that was because sometimes it stutter during test even on stock.
So i will close all programs and apps and try ok?

If it happened just once I would say it's not an issue just probably something happened in the background.

Yeah but which is weird, i am trying to replicate clock drop and nothing. Running memtest in background or other heavy tasks. So yeah gpu load dropping in this test but clock is steady without drop 1950mhz. So why in previous that time it clock dropped?

    9900K 5ghz ( llc level 5 idle 1.34-1.35v,load 1.313-323v)

I remember that i checked GPUZ in that moment ,and gpuz not reported any drop in gpu power and gpu clock, very weird. So is chance that was reading bug in MSI AB riva tuner statistic?

You have Afterburner, uninstall Geforce Exp and Shadowplay, you don't need it. Afterburner will do img/video records just as well if not better.

    Ok last question.

So its not psu or gpu issue? I ask because like you see on diagram.

Red arrows. First time gpu power drop to 20%,GPU LOAD stays 96% ,but clock steady 1980mhz
Red arrows 2: Gpu power drop to 58%,GPU LOAD still stays 96%, but this time clock dropped to 1575 mhz for a second.

And why then GPU LOAD not dropped?

Anyway i cant reproduce this again with the same apps in background. Now its smooth without that stutter, weird.

But its was not hardware related?

Hello. I tried to reproduce that clock drop, by running Fire Strike in windowed mode and running all programs in background etc. Yes gpu power was dropping but clock not,it was steady.
So why before it go down for 1ms?

    9900K 5ghz ( llc level 5 idle 1.34-1.35v,load 1.313-323v)

Don't know, but as long as it isn't happening anymore I wouldn't worry about it.

I think i know why it not dropping clock in firestrike in window mode ( was trying to reproduce ) when i forcing gpu power to drop by apps in background. GPUZ telling that utilization is PWR,VREL,VOP.
When it dropped clock few days ago test was in FULLSCREEN MODE and utilization only PWR ( green all ). Maybe thats why it dropped clock when power drops too. Maybe PWR only is more sensitive or something.

    Anyway no worries ?
