2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra - Screen flicker and ICX crapping out.

So i am getting random screen flickering for half a second at random it seems. First time it happened the screen was constant flickering and i had to restart the computer for it to end. Now i get like a fast flicker when i open a new tab in browser etc.
 
Also icx keeps crapping out. All of the sudden the only temp that shows on PX1 is the gpu temp, everything else is at 0c. When i do a normal reboot it seems to be like before i did the MCU update, cant control third fan etc. (Had to do MCU update straight out of the box to control third fan)
To get it working i have to shutdown, cut power and power cycle and then turn power back on and boot.(Fast boot is off)
 
Starting to get kind of annoyed with this. Bought a brand new super expensive card and all ive had is problems and bugs.

    Try wiping the drivers using DDU, and reach out to evga support to see if they can help you diagnose the issue

    Any OC on your system -Or- Monitor ?
     
    Windows Fast Startup turned off ?
    ---> turn Windows 10 Fast Startup OFF, when upgrading drivers, firmware or hardware
           It does this by putting the PC into hibernation instead of "fully shutting down."

    Are you using 2 separate PCIe cables

    What Monitor & cable type ? 

    Using a certified cable ?


    What resolution & Refresh rate are you using ?
     
    What if anything - Have You changed in Nvidia control panel ? (set to performance ?)


    OS including Version number (like 1903) & OS build (like 18362.xxx)
     
    Nvidia driver Number
     
    Version of EVGA Software

    Does this issue occur over all outputs on the gpu?

    I7 6700k oced to 4.6ghz. Oc been rock solid with old gpu so.
    No oc on monitor.
    Oc on 2080 Ti to is 1000 mem 100 core, but the problems persist even at stock.
    2 separate PCIe cables.
    Viewsonic XG2530 with DP cable
    1920x1080 @240hz
    Latest software across the board including windows.
     
    I7 6700k
    Maximus VIII Hero with latest bios.
    Corsair 16gb 3000mhz
    Corsair 850w psu

    Since it's a Freesync monitor are you enabling G-Sync? If so try it without.. youll still benefit from your high refresh rate. My monitor is Freesync2 and its a pain to keep running right without a tweak.
     
    another issue i had was the proper Display port cable.. i had to buy one to get things right.

    Sounds like the output on the gpu you're using for your main monitor may have a problem, or something is wrong with your monitor. It could even be a bad display cable.
