I remember reading that the 2080 ti black, 11G-P4-2281-KR; is the nvidia chip that has a power limit.  
 
When EVGA released the 2080ti blower GPU, EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING, 11G-P4-2280-KR, 11GB GDDR6, RGB LED Logo, Metal Backplate; i assumed it was the same chip from the 2281 but in a blower GPU; for 999.99  
I see there is an updated SKU for the 2080ti blower; EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING, 11G-P4-2380-KR, 11GB GDDR6, RGB LED Logo, Metal Backplate; but this is at 1169.99.    Looking at the specs, i can't see any difference between the first blower.    Does anyone know of the differences of these two 2080ti blower models; and how they are the same or different from the 2281 model?

    Usually anything with a 'XC' on it will be the 'A' chips (overclockable) while the non-A chips like my 2080 Ti Black.  While my 2080 Ti isn't an A chip, it still can OC but not as high as the others.  I just leave mine to auto clock around 1875-1900+ when it feels like. lol
     
    Also, blowers are the loudest type of cooling but usually best for confine spaces.

    The 2380 has the same chip as 2382 or the other OC boards.

    Ooooo.....nice upgrade.  I suspected that but the 1545mhz boost clock would normally indicate a non-A chip.  Great buy for someone installing a waterblock etc.
