2080 Forcing 100% fanspeed at <75C

Not sure what to do honestly. tried a few different 3rd party software to control GPU fan speed but seems to be overridden regardless. Could require vbios flash??? help!

    I agree that the fans should be run 100% but as air cooled GPUs, anything up to 85c, giving you some room till the 89c limit is fine.  I think we're so used to our cooler temps, we forget the norm of air cooled temps.

    Which 2080 do you have ?
