So, after updating my GPU from R9 390X to the EVGA 2080 Black, I've noticed during bootup and loading into Windows that there's a very low pitched humming sound coming from my system. This is not coil whine, but something much lower pitched, like a droning. I've narrowed it down to the GPU by switching both the GPU and the PSU out with others, and in and out of other machines as well. The GPU still hums while loading into Windows no matter where it's at or what PSU it's hooked up to. I'm running the EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 PSU, and a Simulated Sine Wave Cyberpower CP1350AVR UPS. At idle, my UPS says my system is pulling 19% or 155w. At load during benchmark or in games, it's only pulling around 450-500w max from my UPS, so it's definitely not for a lack of power that it's humming, and it doesn't seem to do it during gaming like others mention theirs doing. So, it seems to me it's something that it does while it's warming up, which is a bit disconcerting. It's not overclocked, none of my components are. Just contemplating whether I should RMA before it's too late.

I'm running:
i7 8700k
GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Gaming 7
32GB DDR4 3600
Samsung 970 Pro 512GB
Samsung 960 EVO 1TB
4 x 140MM fans
1 x 120mm fan
2 x 6TB WD Black HDD's
