Hi there,

My EVGA 2070 Super Black is acting weird and doing research hasn't been very fruitful.  I was playing Horizon Zero Dawn with no issues; I did notice an increase of artifacts showing (black textures, odd flares) but X1 showed temperatures were fine and clock speeds were stable.  I went to make dinner and watch a show while I ate and when I came back my core clock won't go above 300 and the voltage is reading at 160% although on auto (picture 1 below).  It functions for basic desktop use but gaming is out of the question with it's current state.  I keep the computer dust free and there was zero chance of any moisture so I'm not sure what to think here.

Troubleshooting:
- adjusted the performance type in the geforce settings menu to adaptive
- uninstalled the driver and reinstalled
- confirmed that the PSU is functional with another card
- reconnected my 2070 and confirmed all connections are tight, but noticed something that looks like erosion (picture 2 below)
- actually read a forum where someone said a reinstall of windows fixed this, so I reinstalled windows

that picture looks like something fried & popped. I would start the RMA procedure with EVGA.
