I also encountered another issue last night!! But I think it's my DP cable!! When I drop resolution down from 165 to 144 in nvida control panel or in game it would black screen after a few seconds even at stock gpu!! I could hear it but couldnt see it!! I had to either let it revert back or unplug cable and quickly change it back before it black screened again!! I havent tried 120 but my monitor is freesync.. not listed as gsync compatible but the option still allows mentors enable it on monitor and nvidia control panel! Any body else have this issue??
