Have you tried the GPU in another system?
Have you tried another card in the Sonnet?
Did you register the card with EVGA? If you have not, then you should do that now.
Did you purchase the card from EVGA or an EVGA authorized reseller?
The worst case scenario as far as warranty, i.e., you bought it from a non-EVGA authorized source, is that the three year warranty would begin on the date it was shipped from EVGA.
If you are in the three year window then you can RMA. Here is the information to get you started:
Warranty:

https://www.evga.com/warranty/rmaprocess/ RMA Step by Step process:
https://www.evga.com/support/rma.asp You start first by registering your card. If you do not have a receipt or invoice, you will have to type up one basically stating you are the owner, full SKU number (model), serial number, and the date you purchased the card (best of your knowledge). It is just to show you are the present owner of the card. If you purchased directly from EVGA, they can probably find the record.
Follow all the steps and you should not have any problems.
Best of luck to you.
