I just set everything to get no more work. I have enough cache to last a couple more hours at least.
Some tasks take hours to complete.
Yup, league one competition is rough indeed. Stinks we did not get any points this sprint.
On to the next event...

Yeah with 1 or 2 completely free. 6/7 out of 10 cores for crunching.

I have 4 system ready, 2 of which hopefully available 24/7 during the sprints but I have few questions.

If I understand correctly, for the sprints I can start computing 24h before when the selected project is published but I should prevent the reporting of completed units until 9:00 AM eastern time, right?

Then what about the marathons? on what project I should focus on?

I would say to stay on GPUGrid until they run out of Tasks.
Stefano what CPU are on your Host?
You could run 2 or 3 Thread on Distributed Hardware Evolution Project a single tasks can take up to days but you get credit every hour.

Copy, switching to GPUGrid while waiting for the next sprint.
I have two ancient Xeon X3360 (quad core Yorkfield), a Pentium G4400 (dual core Skylake) and an i5-2500K @4.5GHz, it's a modest fire power and especially the Xeons aren't really much power efficient for today's standards but that's all I have.
I will get a look at the DHEP, sound interesting.

If you run dhep download only the number of CPU Cores or Threads then turn off getting More Tasks.
One Task can run for days on end so when you want to stop running dhep all you do us abort the Tasks, this is how this Project Works.
This is you Stefano Correct?

Looking at the hardware it must be me, on WCG I registered as Stefem because Stefano wasn't available but looks it is reported under my identity anyway.
I tried an E6300 but was too slow and wasn't worth the power consumption so I'm looking to find cheap upgrades, do you guys have any advice?

It seems like NumberFields is where we can pickup some Marathon points.  We're locked in a battle for 7th through 10th.  We're 8th right now.  Could gain 2 points or lose 4 depending on resources.

They are 2-3 Hour long Tasks, I still have some Pending from the Sprints
I just drop NFS@home and needing to pick another CPU Project.
Also I just drop Amicable Numbers but being a GPU Project that also needs a Lot of CPU Power so not a good Project to also run with CPU Projects.

I have managed to receive tasks. Did you try to add through BOINCBam by any chance? It seems like their system provides the wrong project URL to the BOINC manager. Had to add it manually. I found this out after trying to add via BOINCBam, and then seeing a message about an outdated URL in the BOINC manager logs.

Yes but has nothing to do with getting tasks, this happen because the Server cannot handle so many users at once when a Sprints starts up.
Is Rig runs almost 7x24 on this Project https://rake.boincfast.ru/rakesearch/results.php?userid=2891&offset=0&show_names=0&state=1&appid
I just cannot get any tasks to Bunker with or any of my Rigs. This happens a lot with .RU address.
You can also for the most part ignore that message.
This project gives it all the time using http or https https://wuprop.boinc-af.org/home.php

Oh, okay. Thanks for the info! I've saw that people were "bunkering" tasks for the last sprint. I am assuming this isn't against any rules (I am just starting out with Crunching). What is the best method to accomplish something like that? I have some Raker tasks queued up, but they will all finish in less than 5 hours or so.

Well I tried to upload a days worth of work and the server isn't taking them. Keep getting a multi hour back off. Almost out of work. Might have to switch to something else and give up on this Sprint.

I was able to get some uploads going by modifying the config file as described here: https://rake.boincfast.ru/rakesearch/forum_thread.php?id=93&postid=458#458

I set the max_tasks_reported to 2 and they are trickling in (out?), although some uploads are still failing.
