Ok so I started up the 2nd rig and boy is he slooooow. Maybe only being a X58 i7 950 might have something to do with that. lol! It literally took about 10-20mins to show me half of the loaded up taskbar and a bunch of other updates and errors warnings. lol Since it would crap out on me, I finally decided to fully reformat and install Win 7 Pro 64 back to it via CD-ROM (lol) and just have Folding@Home and a few other necessities since I'm only going through all this trouble for this event. Hope he'll run without a hitch. Cheers!
