Heh, while tuning up my rig for the challenge I realized that my X99 OC hasn't been working for like 2 months! Was trying to squeeze the last bit out of my gpu, and got way confused after stability testing on timespy why my cpu score was so low... darn windows update.
Spent a couple hours messing around completely clueless why it wasn't working then checked the forums - happily with new BIOS update, everything is ready to roll:) a nice added side-benefit for me this year (who knows when i'dve noticed otherwise).

Im up and running on my keplers...lol dang couldn't get it running for a bit had to update client then opencl.dll error -(driver update) as of now... i don't have my new card yet cross my fingers ...soon need point estimate for 2080ti - reliable one maybe get the other rig up as well - that needs work

I almost forgot, I'll try getting my 2nd folding rig up and running as its been over a year since I last folded with it before it ran into issues. That will up my PPD but not a ridiculous amount from 180K to maybe 280K. I think i get around 100K with the two GTX 760s but again not sure if it will be in operational.

Moved the small PC out to the garage so it can freeze for the challenge. Looks like temps will be around 35c on air tops lol.

Sooo, finally getting some points on the board again.
After much mucking around trying to fix W10 repair loop, turns out the failure to launch was down to one single ram stick, busted after power outage.
Happy it's not more expensive but so frustrating.
