Yesterday was a day off from work (for me ,not my wife). So I took a trip to Micro center For a TT Tower 900 case for my next build where I saw a lonely lil EVGA 1080ti marked $692.00,,, so I just couldn't find it in my heart to walk out of the store and leave it behind it has now joined our team. A little late, sorry EP . Seeing as I needed to empty a slot for it, my 1050ti had to come out (good lil card), wondering who I am going to be sending it to. (I offered it in the donation pool)

Likewise yodap! Yep, I live 1 mile from the Taconic parkway and can zip down to it ( Yonkers) in about an hour or so with good traffic. Yesterday , after the snow, I took my time as the roads were still crunchy with ice. Saw the aftermath of 2 wrecks and another close call cause everyone is always in such a hurry to go nowhere. You nearby Rhinebeck area? You are more than welcome to ride copilot on my next micro-center excursion. And just FYI anyone thinking about buying this TT Tower 900 case, When people in reviews say its big, holy ____! It is. It is pretty close to 2 HAF 932's side by side with a third laying down on top.

Oh, so you're saying someone finally released a decent sized MidTower, huh? *grins* If I can't get head and shoulders in and still have enough room to throw an elbow? It's not spacious enough yet. I'm an OLD SKOOL tower pimp! d

STR1D3R_2 Lulz, Like sitting on the wheel well of a '76 Chevy P.U. with one foot resting on the headers and the other foot on the lower radiator hose. I may just pause folding tomorrow to move my HAF 932 next to this thing for a group photo.
I'll love to see that. The 932 was one of the better spacious cases I've worked in, but it still needs a few tweaks to be a GREAT midtower. Yes, I KNOW it's supposed to be a FULL tower, but, let's face it, it's really just a wider mid. d

Yep, I agree. My plan back when was to go on full water with it but I ended up populating it with 5 spinners, 4 ssd's and still room for a 5-1/4" DVD and a 5-1/4" parts drawer and still have 3-5.25 empty slots. I've always viewed it as a borg build It is in hopes of getting my hands on a Dark mobo. If that isn't available soon it will be the home of a x99 classy

I'm a little over an hour from the top of the Taconic, so it would be nearly a full day round trip for me. I like the the idea though and will keep it in mind. The other one that's feasible is Cambridge MA, but again a full day rt for me. I have a Cosmos IIBought used on these forums, it's ridiculous big!

Whatever happened to CompUSA? That was a descent drive as well for me. The case I grabbed https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133328&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Cases+%28Computer+Cases+-+ATX+Form%29-_-N82E16811133328&gclid=CjwKCAiA9rjRBRAeEiwA2SV4Zdp6-nqKnoreNrfhVSzopLMos-f6hSzU0ErZne5peyDEENJS_N51eRoCyFEQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.dsI'm thinking of taking the hooks off a few shiny fishing lures and hanging them in there or hanging a shiny metal claw from the top and scattering gimmick prizes at the bottom. Maybe add a coin slot.

If anyone has a few minutes, please give this year's prize picker tool a try before it goes into production. In particular, if you're a prize donor, make sure everything is listed correctly. It may not work with all browsers, and I know it won't work with most mobile devices. 1. Enter your preferences at http://drougnor.bplaced.net/picker/tzc2017.html2. Spell your name exactly like it appears in the contestants list on the TZC page (unless there are spaces in your forum name, in which case enter CoolGTX)3. Confirm that your preferences have been entered correctly by visiting http://drougnor.bplaced.n..icker/checkchoices.html

Actually thought about sandwiching it between a couple saltwater tanks but one likes it cold while the other hot. I could in fact create the best of both worlds in that aspect as I am an HVACRE tech of 35years. Although I've given more thought to using a flat plate heat exchanger with an outdoor rad to get some really cool winter temps. (parts I have laying around)
I have been doing HVACR since 1976 We are in the same county. Would be funny if we crossed paths... Or even worked together!!
