After a call with EVGA, we were able to find a fix by setting the PCIe to gen 3. I had set it to gen 4, but that was not enough. I hope this helps someone else, and I am going to miss having EVGA in the GPU market.

Hi All,

Trying to build a x670e/7700x and the system will not post with the 3080 ftw. I tried two boards, MSI Carbon and ASUS Tuf. I tried both Dp and HDMI. The boards will post using iGPU. Nvdia drivers do not see the 3080 in windows. I tried multiple slots on each board. The card works fine in my x470/2700x. Thanks!

    Try the 0614 BIOS for your ASUS Tuf X670E.

    I tried to, but I got the vga post error and locked up during update. This was using the iGPU, so a possibly a different issue.
