When using three monitors (all the same) can the all three ports support 2560x1440 output?
I'm not an expert on 1660 XG's, but I believe it should be able to. Also, iirc the more monitors you have plugged in even if just your desktop is plugged in will have a hit to performance (though your mileage may vary).
I imagine the most important spec is
maximum digital resolution, if that is the case then you'll fall within the limit, and can't add a fourth monitor.
1660 XG Specs:
OutputDisplayPort x 3 (v1.4a)
HDMI x 1(Supports 4K@60Hz as specified in HDMI 2.0b)
Maximum displays4
DIGITAL MAXIMUM RESOLUTION7680x4320
