Hoping someone can help point me in a direction I haven't considered while trying to sort this all out.

Running an EVGA 1600w P2.   PSU is 7 years old and has seen all types of use scenarios over those years.

Two weeks ago I updated my W10Pro to 22H2.   Almost immediately I started getting a Kernel-Power 41 critical error, but only while gaming (CyberPunk 2077 maxed out on settings).    This became more and more frequent.  After some troubleshooting I decided to delete everything and did a fresh install of W11Pro, making sure that all my drivers were updated.   BSOD's continued to occur becoming more and more frequent, again only when in game.  Swapped out the older P2 for the new 1600w T2 I had on hand.  Crashes immediately stopped.   Leaving me thinking that the P2 had begun to fade.   Then I started getting the same BSODs again, though nearly not at the same frequency as before.

Digging into this I discovered that the Kernel-Power 41 error is not uncommon for AMD chipsets after the 22H2 update, which has left me wondering if it's actually the older PSU.   I've been communicating with Matthew about an RMA, but don't want to do that if it's not the power supply.

Build Specs
MSI Unify X570
AMD 5950X - no OC
EVGA 3090 FTW Ultra - no OC
4x16 sticks of Corsair Dominator DDR4000 (at 3600 due to mobo constraints)
Sabrent 1TB NVME
2x Team Group 2TB SSD in RAID 0
2x Team Group 512 SSD in RAID 0
EVGA 1600w T2

Sounds like you have something else going on since the crashes have stopped. What bsod bug check code are you getting?

you wouldn't happen to know what rev your 3090 is do you? There were a lot of shutdown issues with the earlier versions. They usually ended up with a dead 3090. I'm just not entirely sure how swapping one 1600W supply for another would really make any difference. Also, usually they weren't dying in CP2077, but LoL, Halo or other older games (also New World). I'm just curious if the card is causing a massive spike and the PSU is shutting down to protect itself (and the system) and the power issue is a bit of a red herring. It might not be, but you may want to peruse some of the 3090 shutdown issues people were having in the 30-series section.

Last crash/critical event was this morning at midnight.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Bug Check Code: 239

Pulled that from the Event Viewer.    PC was not creating mini dumps or memory dumps.   So couldn't find either folder.   Made some changes so that it'll pause if it BSOD's again.   As mentioned, this only happens when playing CP2077.  And it only started happening after the 22H2 update.

Well... That sent me down a rabbit hole.

Digging even deeper, it's definitely a power issue.   So starting to check and test other components.

Have you checked your bios settings?  My x570 used to randomly turn off when power loading was set to disabled or auto and when the power supply idle control was set to auto which I changed to typical current idle.

That I have not.   Will do so now.

I set the BSOD to freeze so I could see what the stop code there was.   Every time it's this one: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED.

But it only happens when I play Cyberpunk 2077.   I can play other games (not a graphically intense) or do other things and nothing happens.  I ran FurMark till the GPU maxed on temp and fans.   No problem.   Opened up the PC and triple checked all connections.   Last change I have made was to remove Steam from the 4TB RAID and install it on an NVME I have kicking around.

I am genuinely baffled at this point.

Try setting your gpu core & memory clocks to max negative values using msi afterburner. Retest cyberpunk. Report back with what happened with the card underclocked.

Update.   Relocated my entire video game library from the SSD RAID0 and reloaded everything on an NVME.   At the same time replaced my modded (shortened and sleeved) power cord with the original factory one.

Been running rock solid ever since.   There has been some rumblings that CP2077 gets cranky about drives, but it was running on my old Raptors in RAID0 just fine so...  I dunno.  Maybe those TeamGroup SSD's are to blame?
