3 computers for testing - all EVGA components:
Computer #1 - X99                        Computer #2 - X100                      Computer #3 - NF1
Motherboard  - X99 Classified                              - X99 Classified                             - Z87 Classified
PSU              - 1300 G2                                      - 1300 G2                                     - 1000 G2
Graphics       - Titan X                                        - GTX 980  Classified                      - GTX 780 Ti

I RMA'd a 1300 G2 from X100.
When I got the new unit, all it would do is flash the motherboard led's - once every 1-2 seconds. No steady power.
I tried it in NF1 - works fine.
Tried the psu from NF1 in X100 - works fine.
Tried 1300 G2 in X99 - all it would do is flash the motherboard led's - once every 1-2 seconds. No steady power. **this comp is running fine on the 'other' 1300 G2.**

I have tried connecting and disconnecting cables, "flushing power(?)", clearing CMOS, etc, - no joy.
So what is different?

My options are to run the 1000 G2 in X100 and the 1300 G2 in NF1. Not what I was looking for.

Wow that's a tough one.  Did you try the 'working' MB cable from NF1 with the new 1300 G2 in X100?  Without the GPU installed? They are all SF Leadex I Gold cables so you would think they are compatible.  Looks like the lights should be on solid:
