Kidding aside, thanks for the information! Do you know possibly know how long it would take for a consumer to grab a card without placing a preorder?

ok. the product page said april 24th for a while [it doesn't anymore]. and that's fine with me. but my preorder date still says april 17th. so....just wondering which is the actual shipping date for the card ?

The first Pre-orders we plan to ship Monday, April 17, 2017. If your pre-order was placed early enough then it would ship on April 17th. The estimated ship date is still correct for these cards and has not been changed/moved back.

If you signup for UPS account they will deliver them to a local UPS store. That way you can have it shipped to your address, but automatically have it delivered to the UPS store instead.

Ill be sure that I update the info in my UPS account, I know that on certain shipment you can't have the package pulled but it's worth a try.

I would still call with instructions at the warehouse. they make mistakes from time to time

I'm thinking of paying for overnight shipping if thats still psoible, I left a voicemail with customer support.

Under the Member tab you can pull up you Order History then Pre orders.  Here is an image of mine with the date.

When I asked the customer service agent if it would ship today he said "that what they are telling us". I don't know who "they" are but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and will post if I hear anything else.  
 

A customer service rep just told me they have no idea when they will actually ship. Awesome.

Is that the renowned EVGA customer service I'm always hearing about? You'd think with a launch of this magnitude a veteran tech company such as EVGA would have prepared release information to their customer facing representatives. We all understand things happen and sometimes processes get delayed however we aren't asking for miracles, simply clear communication about what to expect as far as shipping and availability is concerned.
 
Update: I just received a charge on my CC, this is a good sign!

Thank you Jacob. I've had 3 EVGA GPUs prior to this one however this is the first time I have ever preordered. Again we all definitely appreciate the info.
